As far as delivery timelines are concerned, we do our best. In Bengaluru we deliver within 24 to 48 hours, other cities within 7 to 10 days.
Our terms and conditions for Shipping are as follows: –
- FREE SHIPPING on orders of Rs.500 or more (after discounts).
- For orders under Rs.500* we charge Rs.50* towards shipping.

In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines. If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us on email@example.com or WhatsApp us on +91 9742222440 or call us on +91 9742222440 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm IST (Mon to Sat), within 24 hours of placing the order.
Return & Replacement Policy
We give our best efforts to make sure the best Quality Nuts & Dried Fruits are delivered to you in the best condition.
Returns and replacements will be accepted ONLY if we deliver the items that you did not order.
Please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the date of receiving the orders. Provide us with your Order ID detail. Kindly email an image of the product and the copy of invoice for our reference.
In the unlikely event of a quality issue with any product, the following policy will apply.
- The problem must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product in writing at email@example.com
- We will exchange the product if the product is in its original packing, has not been used and is in saleable condition.
- Any free gift or promotional product received by you with the original purchase too has to be returned in unopened and unused condition for the return request to be processed.
- Return and exchange is subject to scrutiny and acceptance by MAGNUTS.
Please note orders for Gift boxes or Customized Products are not applicable for exchange or refund.
Damages due to negligence will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
Exchange of product due to allergic reactions is not applicable.
No cash refunds are permitted.
Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument. The process will be completed within 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.
